Global Warming

Okay, how many people think humans have an impact? How many don't? I'm still not sure. I feel like there is so much bias and subjectivity in both directions that I haven't made up my mind yet...any opinions?

I haven't made up my mind either, Maurine. But, I try not to focus on it too much... :)

I think we should amend the scriptures to read "Money and global warming are the root of all evil" How can we stop killin' each other over drugs and money if we can't stop throwing trash on the ground and killin' mother earf. We gotta teach people to spread the love by starting with the environment, and then maybe they will be able to handle things like not murdering.

Whether we make a huge impact on the earth or not, I think the real issue is that the earth is one of God's creations, it has a spirit, and it has given so much to us. The least we can do is take care of it as best as we can. And whether or not all of our "going green" will save the planet, it certainly won't be doing anyone any harm. It can only make us more aware of our actions and less likely to be selfish and wasteful. Isn't that a good thing??
So is there such thing as global warming?? Of course! We all know that in the end the earth is going to burn!
